Frog Spotted in Nangketengey, Namal, Asipulo, Ifugao

This beautiful, little frog was spotted in a forested area in Nangketengey, Namal, Asipulo, Ifugao. Apparently, it's very difficult to ID frogs because of a lot of factors. Is there a herpetologist out there who can help us identify this one? Thanks. :)
