People who say this either don't know or conveniently ignore how nearly impossible it is for an ordinary citizen to legally fight government officials, especially high-ranking officials.
If you are an ordinary citizen filing a case, hindi patas ang laban. They have connections. They have access to a battalion of lawyers. They have unlimited funds and resources. They don't have to worry about the money they will spend on the case. As an ordinary citizen, you don't have these privileges.
The obvious choice of action for most ordinary citizens, like you and me, is to voice out our concerns on social media, on the streets, and on other alternative platforms in the hope of being heard.
