Fruits of the Bugnay Tree (Antidesma bunius) in Benguet

Fruits of the bugnay tree (Antidesma bunius) at various stages of ripeness. These are the main ingredients for making local bugnay wine. They are eaten as snacks, often mixed with vinegar and salt. The leaves can also be used in making tea.
