The Balili River rose to a level where it nearly reached the new Balili Bridge in Km. 5. If a much stronger typhoon that brings more rain comes along, it's possible that the water level will reach the bridge.
It seems like all it takes is a heavy downpour to cause flooding in the town. Just look at the junction in Puguis - Buyagan. That place gets flooded too often.
This is a problem that needs fixing. There are bigger and stronger typhoons up ahead. Imagine the amount of rain they bring. It's not a pretty picture.
