Fund-Raising Concert To Be Held For Baguio Musician Who Died In A Hit And Run Incident
In the early morning of February 11, Baguio City lost one of its most talented musicians. Raymond John Tacis, known to family and friends as RJ, was ran over by an out-of-control car in front of Saint Louis University along Bonifacio Street. The promising 21-year old musician took his last breath while lying helpless in the cold pavement. The driver of the red car that hit him sped away. The battered car was recently found somewhere along Marcos Highway but the driver was nowhere to be found.
