[Updated] Another branch of the Tiong San store chain caught fire this morning. Firetrucks and medical personnel rushed to the La Trinidad branch of Tiong San which is located along Kilometer 4 after receiving reports that a fire started within the building. The fire reportedly originated from the Greenwich store located at the basement of the building.
There were no casualties and the damage to the building was minimal. Authorities are still investigating as to the cause of the fire. Check out photos from the site below. It can be recalled that the Magsaysay branch of Tiong San in Baguio City also caught fire a few months ago which led to damages worth millions of pesos.
