The One Fighting Championship will be staging its 18th event in Taipei, Taiwan on July 11, 2014. Fighting in the main event is Cordilleran mixed martial artist Eric Kelly. He'll be facing Rob Lisita, an Australian known for his submission skills. It's a very interesting match-up as Kelly is also great with submissions. 80% of his victories were via submissions.
The last time that Kelly entered the ONE FC cage, he lost to fellow Cordilleran Honorio Banario via stoppage because of an eye injury. He bounced back by notching a win in the Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) over China's Jianbo Lu late last year. If he beats Lisita, he might get a chance to fight for a belt.
