The two fatalities who died at the accident site were identified as Edward Doligas and Clifford Fawayan. Those injured are Ramon Gagaoin (other reports say Ramon Gagawin) and Fely Borbe (some reports say Shirley Borbe). The two are now currently undergoing treatment at the Potia District Hospital in Ifugao.
According to Superintendent Davy Limmong of the Cordillera Regional Police Office, the victims are employees of a local weaving company and that they were on their way to take measurements of the uniforms of municipal employees when the accident occurred at sitio Maano, barangay Galonogon, Aguinaldo town. The authorities also said that Doligas who was driving the van may have fallen asleep causing the car to plunge into the ravine.
