Tradition meets modernity in these π±π’π΄πͺπ¬πͺπ―π¨/π΄π’π―π¨πͺ backpacks that were constructed using modern plastic instead of the traditional rattan and bamboo. These plastic π±π’π΄πͺπ¬πͺπ―π¨s are lighter and you could say more durable since plastic takes forever to degrade.
These π±π’π΄πͺπ¬πͺπ―π¨s with a modern twist are among the backpacks currently on display at the Baguio Museum as part of the exhibit called πΎππ§π§πππ§π¨ π€π ππ§ππππ©ππ€π£: π½πππ π₯πππ π¨ π€π π©ππ ππ€π§π©πππ§π£ ππππ‘ππ₯π₯ππ£ππ¨.
The exhibit opened on December 13. It will run until January 6, 2026.
